The Embrace Volatility Campaign

“Embrace Volatility” is a big brand idea that challenges Crowe’s entire sector, using the VUCA world as a benefit for business leaders rather than a curse. This highly imaginative work aims to break through the walls of indifference by flipping the perception of volatility from something to fear to something that creates opportunity. We were asked to mobilize prospects and galvanize employees at Crowe, a leading global consulting, technology, and public accounting firm.

The Work

The work adhered to Crowe’s branding, while bringing creativity to the concept. The television spot and digital motion assets were tied together with stock imagery and video, but the static print ads focused on standard newspapers to convey the change that Crowe promised to bring.
