The Care Bravely and I’m Fine Campaigns

Lifebridge Health located in Baltimore, Maryland is a hospital network that needed our help to rally not only staff but the surrounding community to treat each other with compassion. And so was born the Care Bravely campaign featuring real employees and their stories to remind everyone who comes in and out of the hospital that Baltimore is one big family. Our work has been featured and recognized by national publications for its spotlight on cancer treatment, Covid-19 prevention, and nursing excellence.

The Work

Working closely with the in house marketing team, we created an easily replicated style that would constantly refresh to feature new employees each month. The stark, black & white photography spoke to the strength of these team members and their everyday aesthetic. Using color palette of just two blues, we brought all the company’s many pieces of marketing under one umbrella. Care Bravely became more than words, it lifted LifeBridge and Baltimore up to achieve the excellence everyone knew they were capable of.
